SGM-PE20 is a slim aluminium-profile magnetostrictive linear position sensor for surface mounting. It covers 25–4000 mm with a guided, trapezoid or L-shaped floating magnet, and gives 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, dual-channel analog or RS485 output with non-linearity below ±0.01% FS.
The aluminum profile housing facilitates installation on machine surfaces or in external spaces. Analog output 0-10VDC / 4-20mA / 0-20mA; digital output RS485. Part number prefix SGM stands for the SEGMENsensor magnetostrictive range; the full ordering code is explained below and in the datasheet.
