Can you customize output signal, connector and cable length?

Yes. We support 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, NPN/PNP, RS485, Modbus RTU, SSI and CANopen. Connector type, cable material and length are all configurable. Engineering confirmation drawing provided before production.

What is the minimum order quantity for samples and production?

Samples: 1–5 pcs, no minimum. Production MOQ typically 10–50 pcs depending on model. Custom OEM versions require a technical agreement and NDA before tooling.

What is your standard lead time for samples and production orders?

Standard samples ship in 5–7 business days. Production orders typically require 3–5 weeks depending on model and quantity. Custom OEM versions with tooling may require 4–6 weeks. DDP shipping available to USA, EU, Australia and Southeast Asia.

What certifications do your sensors carry, and can you provide documentation?

Our sensors carry CE, RoHS, ISO 9001:2015, UKCA, and ATEX/IECEx (selected models). Full compliance documentation — CE declaration of conformity, test reports, material certificates and ISO scope certificate — is provided with every order, free of charge, no registration required.

All standard datasheets and CE declarations are free to download on the Resources page — no registration required. 3D CAD (STEP) is provided on request after initial contact.

Do your sensors support IP67, IP68, or ATEX ratings?

Yes. Most product families are available in IP67 and IP68 rated housings as standard options. ATEX II 2G and IECEx certified versions for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas are available for selected pressure transmitters and flow meters. Certificates are provided at no charge with every order.

Can your sensors integrate with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial protocols?

Yes. Sensor outputs include 4–20 mA (current loop), 0–10 V, NPN/PNP digital, RS485 Modbus RTU, SSI, CANopen, and IO-Link (selected models). These are compatible with all major PLC and SCADA platforms. Wiring diagrams and Modbus register maps are available as free downloads on the Resources page.
