Choose by pipe size and how the meter will be used: the U13 and U12 clamp straight onto small pipes up to DN40 (U12 to DN65 with an upgrade), the wall-mount U10, U10S PRO and U11 cover DN25–DN1200 with standard transducers (U10 and U10S PRO also DN15–DN40 with small-pipe transducers), and the U20 is a handheld meter for spot checks across many sites. How does buying online work?
You configure the meter on its page, pay for it and the UPS shipping at checkout, and we ship it from our factory within 2 weeks of payment.
- Configure. Pick the transducer for your pipe and liquid, two outputs and any options. The price updates as you choose.
- Pay at checkout. UPS shipping to your country is added at checkout. Import duty, VAT or GST are not included: you pay them as the importer (DAP, Incoterms 2020). We send the commercial invoice and packing list for customs.
- We build and ship. Your meter is calibrated and shipped from our factory in Shenzhen, China within 2 weeks of payment, with its calibration report.
- UPS delivers. Door to door, usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Warranty, returns and who sells
Every meter carries a 12-month warranty from the shipping date against defects in materials and workmanship. Unused, uninstalled meters in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; email us first for a return number. Return shipping and any duties are paid by the customer.
