Looking for a clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter to sell under your own brand? Here is how SEGMENsensor private-label supply works. The usual base model is the U12 one-piece meter. It clamps straight onto DN15 to DN65 pipes, with no pipe cutting, and it is CE and UKCA marked. From the datasheet: velocity from 0.03 to 10 m/s, and ±2% accuracy, or ±1% after calibration. Choose any two of 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus, pulse or relay. Power is 10–24 V DC, and the housing is IP65. On a private-label meter, we print your logo, colours and model code on the faceplate, and your data on the nameplate. The display menu is in English, with other languages on request for your market. Every private-label meter can ship with a factory calibration report, with three-point calibration available. Neutral export cartons carry no maker marks, and we photograph each packed batch for your approval before it ships. Each meter is tested on the water flow test line before it is packed. A project runs in six steps: your specification, an artwork proof, branded samples, order confirmation, production and calibration, and finally packed-batch approval. Branded qualification samples of 1–5 pieces ship in 5–7 days. Production lead time and order quantity are confirmed with the quotation. Send your specification and brand files through segmensensor.com, and our engineers will reply within 24 hours.
