Industrial Tank Inventory and Overfill Protection: Float level switches and LS series continuous transmitters monitor liquid levels in fuel tanks, chemical storage vessels, and process tanks. NO/NC relay outputs connect directly to PLC digital inputs for overfill alarms and pump cut-off, while 4–20 mA outputs feed SCADA systems for continuous inventory tracking.
Fuel and Diesel Storage Tank Measurement: Magnetostrictive liquid level transmitters with PFA anti-corrosion lining measure fuel levels in above-ground and underground storage tanks (SGM-LS10 repeatability ±0.005 mm). Multi-point models simultaneously output fuel level, water interface level, and temperature for fuel management systems.
Wastewater and Open Channel Level Monitoring: Non-contact SEU ultrasonic level sensors measure water levels in open tanks, sumps, and wet wells without any wetted parts. Top-mount installation requires no tank entry, and the non-contact design eliminates fouling from wastewater solids and chemical scaling.
