Conveyor and Assembly Line Object Detection: M18 and M30 inductive proximity sensors detect metal components on conveyor belts for part counting, jam detection, and positioning in automotive and electronics assembly. PNP output connects directly to PLC sourcing input modules for straightforward wiring.
Machine Tool End-of-Travel and Home Position: Flush-mount M12 sensors embedded in machine tool slides detect axis end-of-travel positions with repeatable accuracy. IP67 sealing and stainless steel housing withstand coolant spray and metal chip contamination common in CNC machining centres.
Welding Robot Position Feedback: Weld-field immune inductive proximity sensors (≥50A DC) detect fixture clamp positions inside robotic welding cells. Weld-immune ratings prevent false triggering from high-current magnetic fields generated during MIG and resistance welding operations.
