Yes. We offer sample orders for most standard models. Samples typically ship within 5–7 business days. Contact us with your required specifications and application details to arrange a sample shipment.

What information do I need to include in my RFQ?

For the fastest response, include: product type (e.g. LVDT, magnetostrictive), sensing range or stroke, output signal (4–20mA, 0–10V, digital), connection type, operating environment, and estimated annual quantity.

Do you accept orders from distributors or agents?

Yes. We work with distributors and authorized agents worldwide. We offer competitive distributor pricing and marketing support. Please indicate your distribution area and experience in the RFQ form.

What are your standard payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment. Tooling or mold fees for custom projects are 100% prepaid and refunded upon reaching agreed volume thresholds.

Can I visit your factory in Shenzhen?

Yes. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. Please contact us at least one week in advance. We are located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Our team can arrange airport pickup and accommodation recommendations.

What information should I include in my quote request?

Please include: the product type (e.g., float level switch, LVDT, ultrasonic flow meter), measuring range, process medium, operating temperature and pressure, required output signal (4–20 mA, NPN/PNP, etc.), connector type, IP rating, cable length, and approximate annual quantity. More detail helps us respond with an accurate quote faster. You can also simply describe your application and our engineers will help specify the right sensor.

Is there a minimum order quantity for samples?

No minimum order for samples — we accept orders for 1 to 5 pieces to allow you to test and validate before committing to production. Production MOQ is typically 10–50 pieces depending on the model. Custom OEM versions (new housing, private label) require a signed NDA and technical specification agreement before tooling begins.

How long does it take to get a sample?

Standard catalog samples are ready to ship in 5–7 business days from Shenzhen. Customized samples with modified output signal, cable length, or connector changes typically take 7–14 days. Fully custom OEM designs with new tooling require 4–6 weeks for the first sample. We offer DDP shipping to the USA, EU, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

What certifications do your sensors carry?

Our sensors carry CE, RoHS, ISO 9001:2015, UKCA, and ATEX/IECEx (selected models for hazardous area applications). Full compliance documentation — including CE declaration of conformity, test reports, and datasheets — is provided with every order at no extra cost. No registration required. 3D CAD (STEP/DXF) files and wiring diagrams are available on request.

Can you provide OEM/ODM customization with our brand name?

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services: custom housing dimensions, output signals (4–20 mA, 0–10 V, RS485, Modbus RTU, SSI, CANopen), connector types, cable materials and lengths, IP rating upgrades, explosion-proof enclosures, and private label / white-label products with your company name. What output signals and communication protocols do you support?

We support a wide range of outputs: 4–20 mA (2-wire and 3-wire), 0–5 V, 0–10 V, NPN/PNP (NO/NC/push-pull), RS485, Modbus RTU, SSI, CANopen, IO-Link, and relay switching outputs. What payment terms do you accept?

Sample orders: T/T (bank transfer) or PayPal. Production orders: T/T, L/C at sight, and Western Union. Standard incoterms we support: EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP. For established customers with recurring OEM orders, we offer net-30 and net-60 payment terms upon credit approval.
